The Gbu is recruiting again, we currently raid From 9pm server to 12am server up to 5 nights a week.

We are looking for 5 to 10 more people. We do not require raid attendance. However we are looking for people who are eager to raid. We have had problems with recruitment in the past and we have come up with a new set of guidelines for recruitment this time around.

1. There will be a probationary period for new recruits. This probation period will have two aspects. The first is that they will have the lowest priority for raid invites. Secondly people under probation will not be able to roll on any gear that is an upgrade for someone who is not under probation. The length of the probation period is determined by vote from officers.

2. The spec we recruit for is the spec we require for raiding. We do not force specs onto anyone, however we have certain needs for recruitment at this time. So if you change specs after recruitment you will also lose your raiding spot. So please apply with the spec you enjoy the most

3. We do not allow raiding on alts. Pugs are not against guild policy and they are a great way to gear alts

4. We do not tolerate drama. I.E. complaining about raid spots, gear or complaints about other guild members.

We are currently pushing 10 man and 25 man Ulduar Content. We currently have one 25-man Group and look to have two 10-man groups per week. We will reward people who work hard for gear and if you are a new recruit and you show us that you are doing everything in your power to get gear we will reward you for it
