here a link of the way we should do malygos, as we can see we wipe to many time in our Malygos and it's not normal, on that video it's not the achievement but only Malygos kill,

as u will see the only one that should move in that fight is the tank, NOBODY should move beside that, ifevery spark the raid run to it even if it's take 3 sec to run to it u lose DPS and make the phase longer and give us less time to phase 3.

and I dont mind to respec , next time we go there I will be ret if we got a DK, it'S only that we should not spend a night on Malygos when it's a 8min fight ^.^

That approach has been tried, ppl simply scatter and turning the boss to only breathe on ppl was an issue in the past. I agree, we need to move the dragon and have everyone stay in the middle, even right after vortex. It just requires some coordination and trust that the boss will be moved and the spark does not die prematurely..and dps realizes that going all out will wipe the group when they are full buffed and the tank is not.

I am still game to give maly tries, but Uld just gives us better gear right now.
